As El Paso’s only National Program for All‑Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), Bienvivir offers a community‑based healthcare program developed to serve the elderly population of El Paso.

At Bienvivir you can expect your own team of healthcare providers, a healthy nutrition program, and therapy that improves your quality of life all under one roof without losing your independence.

Primary Care

Primary Care

Primary care services at Bienvivir are similar services experienced with your current primary care physician, except participants at Bienvivir can expect to receive increased healthcare management and attention due to the low patient to physician ratio.

Social Work Services

Social Work Services

Social work services at Bienvivir are in place to assist both the participant and the participant’s family. As part of the PACE Program, each participant is assigned a social worker that acts as an advocate, facilitator for life changing decisions and contact for the participant’s family.

Meal Services

Meal Services

Bienvivir solves a critical issue for seniors: limited access to healthy food. We offer a comprehensive meal service, backed by registered dietitians, who collaborate with our kitchen team and interdisciplinary staff.

Prescription Filling

Prescription Filling

Bienvivir manages all prescriptions on‑site, ensuring participants receive and take their medications. Our pharmacy collaborates with the participant’s IDT for comprehensive care. In addition to prescribed drugs, we offer access to over‑the‑counter medications, often not covered by standard insurance.

Transportation

Transportation

Bienvivir's commitment to your well‑being extends to convenient transportation. We offer wheelchair‑accessible bus services for travel to and from our facilities and specialist appointments.

Recreational Therapy

At Bienvivir, we offer a diverse range of recreational options, from bingo and concerts to creating art and crafts for auctions. We understand the importance of staying active and engaged, and our programs cater to those preferences.

OT/PT/ Speech Therapy

OT/PT/ Speech Therapy

At Bienvivir, your mobility and health are paramount. Unlike traditional insurance, there are no restrictions on the amount of physical or occupational therapy you can receive. Our participants have unlimited access to skilled physical and occupational therapists. For those requiring Speech Therapy, we connect you with trusted specialists within our Provider Network.

Dental Care

Dental Care

Bienvivir facilities offer comprehensive dental care. Our onsite dental clinics provide assessments and management of participants' dental health. Our experienced dentist performs routine cleanings and can handle more complex procedures, including denture fittings.

Outpatient Services

Bienvivir offers a wide range of outpatient services, including wellness and prevention, lab tests, radiology, x‑rays, and select outpatient surgeries. Your comprehensive care is our focus, and we're here to provide these essential services to support your health and well‑being.

In-Home Services

In-Home Services

At Bienvivir, we prioritize your comfort and well‑being. We offer in‑home services that encompass attendant care, skilled nursing, and compassionate end‑of‑life care, including Hospice services.

What is PACE?

The National Program for All‑Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) is a unique program designed to help elderly members of the community to remain in their homes if it is medically feasible and desired. Participants enrolled in the program receive a comprehensive plan of care that is tailored to their specific needs.

Bienvivir assists applicants with the application process, but approval of the application and enrollment are determined by the State of Texas.
